VMFE1 ELECTRONIC THERMOSTAT FOR FAN COILS
Every thermostat applied to a VES
series unit must feature a VMF-SIT3
board.
The VMF-E1 accessory is an evolved
electronic thermostat kit to be applied
to fan coils; it requires an interface on the
wall (VMF-E4).
The VMF-E1 thermostat must be applied to
the side of the fan coil.
VMF-E01 allows you to manage:
E1 thermostat board inserted in a
protective case, easily applicable to the
fan coil side. The E1 thermostat board
is complete with protection fuse, dip-
switch for configuration and connectors
for connection with:
- electric power supply,
- earth connection,
- valve control,
- motorised fan control,
- ambient air temperature probe,
- water temperature probe,
- auxiliary water temperature probe,
- control panel (user interface),
- occupancy sensor,
contatto esterno,
- system central supervisor (VMF-E5)
system serial device,
- fan coils network serial device (TTL).
Three fan manually-operated speeds.
Continuous and thermostated ventila-
tion through valve control.
Fan automatic mode based on the load.
Season display.
Alarms and ventilation request display.
Up to two 2-way or 3-way ON/OFF valves.
One electric heater activation.
Germicidal lamp.
Plasmacluster filter.
One air temperature probe.
One water temperature probe with mini-
mum and maximum temperature and
changeover function.
One additional water probe (accessory)
to control the second coil (4-pipe sys-
tems).
Season changeover based on water or air
temperature (for 4-pipe systems).
Input for “external contact. This is a digi-
tal input with the following logic: when
open the thermostat operates normally,
when closed the fan coil is switched off.
Microswitch for louver contact.
Anti-freeze function.
Occupancy sensor.
Supervision serial connection input. In
the networks composed of more fan
coils divided into independent climate
zones, the VMF-E1 zone regulator allows
communication with a system central
supervision device (VMF-E5).
Communication with other thermostats
through a dedicated serial connection
based on TTL logic standards.
ACCESSORIES
ATTENTION!: Not all the functions of the accessory can be applied to the unit. Check the compatibility of the functions with the
configuration of the unit and of the other accessories applied. For complete information relating to the functions please refer to the
technical manual of the unit and accessories.
