IDENTIFICATION – MARKINGS
DECLARED USE
The rapid temperature blast chillers and freezers are machines used to quickly chill food both to prevent bacterial
proliferation and to maintain unchanged the quality and organoleptic properties of the food to be chilled.
These machines are used in two distinct modes:
- Blast chilling to bring the food temperature at +3°C.
- Blast freezing to bring the food temperature at -18°C.
Whoever uses the temperature blast chiller, can set the most appropriate chill cycle for the food.
At the end of the cycle, the rapid temperature blast chillers and freezers can also maintain food correctly at a constant
temperature for a limited period of time (not more than two days).
These machines are not temperature conservers.
