Priority: Load > Battery > Grid
This mode applies to situation that with low feed in subsidy and high electricity
price.
1. Solar energy supply to the local load and charge to the battery first.
2. The excess power export to the public grid.
3. The wind turbines can be connected to the PV.
4. When off gird and the power is lacking, the generator will be turned on
automatically.
