2.4 AG MINI FLICKERS AND AGITATORS
The agitator motor and gearbox are fixed to the underside of the AG Mini chassis, above the
battery. The 3x M6 cup-head bolts fix the motor and gearbox to the AG Mini chassis. Bolts
are fitted through the top side of the chassis, below the flickers and through the gearbox
housing as illustrated below. 12 V from the electrical enclosure powers the agitator motor.
12 V also powers the brake fitted to the agitator motor, 12 V releases the brake, turning the
agitator shaft. 12 V micro switch is fitted to the agitator gearbox, the micro switch works
with the agitator motor brake to ensure the flickers stop in the correct position every time.
