Oven not coming on

Is the power on?

If not there may be something wrong with the power

supply. Is the range supply on at the circuit breaker?

Have you set a cooking function?

Oven temperature getting hotter as the range gets older

If turning the knob down has not worked or only

worked for a short time then you may need a new

thermostat. This should be changed by a qualied

service engineer.

The door is misaligned

The bottom hinge of either oven door can be adjusted

to alter the angle of the door (Fig. 5.1). Loosen the

bottom hinge xing screws and use the notch and a at

bladed screwdriver to move the position of the hinge to

set the hinge position (Fig. 5.2).
