3 Pump Head Maintenance (Quaternary and Flexible Pumps)
Primary Pump Head

Use the steel side of the insert tool for removing the
pump seal from the pump chamber housing.
NOTE
Do not use the pump piston for that purpose, as this
can break it!

To flush out particles from the pump head, use
pressurized air ((1), (2) and (3)).
NOTE
Pump head parts in contact with the piston seal need
to be cleaned properly in order to get a smooth
surface and a tight connection.
