3.3.7 Mkr->Ref Lvl
Sets the reference level to the amplitude value of the active marker, moving the marked
point to the reference level (top line of the graticule).

NOTE The reference level range is limited by the input attenuator setting, the
maximum mixer level, the preamp setting, etc.
Remote Command:
:CALCulate:MARKer[1]|2|3|4[:SET]:RLEVel
Example: CALC:MARK2:RLEV sets the reference level of the analyzer to the amplitude
of marker 2.
