OPERATION
PROCEDURES FOR STARTING AND STOPPING THE ENGINE
STARTING THE COLD ENGINE
1. Move the STOP switch to the START
position.
2. Push the primer bulb gently several
times (7-10 times) until the fuel enters
the primer bulb.
3. Cold start: Pull the knob up to close the
choke.
4. Pull the start knob until you hear the
engine sound.
5. Push the choke knob in (running the
engine for too long with the choke will
cause surge (flooding) in the engine, making it difficult to start it.
6. Pull the start knob until the engine starts.
7. Wait for a few minutes for the engine to warm up before use.
STARTING THE WARM ENGINE
If the engine has not emptied during the operation, pull the starter 1 to 3 times
and the engine should start.
DO NOT USE THE CHOKE.
If the engine had worked until the tank was emptied, after refueling, repeat
steps 3-7 of STARTING THE COLD ENGINE.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
Change the switch into the STOP position.
