14. Brewing Process (example, process may vary for different beer recipes)
1. Preparation:
⚫ Ensure the machine is clean before and after each use.
⚫ Assemble the Bazooka filter to the tap and add the required quantity of water before switching on.
2. Mashing:
⚫ Heat the water to 66℃ - 68℃.
⚫ Gently add the grain into the grain basket and stir.
⚫ Start the circulation pump when the correct temperature is reached, adjusting the pump flow as needed.
⚫ First mashing session lasts 60 minutes (actual time may vary).
⚫ For the second mashing, set the temperature to 78-80℃ with a session time of 20 minutes (actual time
may vary).
⚫ After mashing, carefully lift the grain basket with the separate handle and secure the lugs onto the support
ring on the boiler rim.
3. Sparging:
⚫ Use sparging water to extract remaining sugars from the grain in the basket.
⚫ Allow the basket to drain into the boiler for approximately 10 minutes after sparging.
4. Boiling:
⚫ Heat the water to boiling temperature (can be done while the basket is draining).
⚫ Boiling session lasts 90 minutes (actual time may vary).
⚫ Add hops and other ingredients at the correct timings according to your recipe.
⚫ Immerse your wort chiller approximately 15 minutes before the boil finishes to sterilize the equipment.
5. Cooling and Transfer:
⚫ After boiling, cool the wort to 20℃.
⚫ Transfer the cooled wort to your fermenting vessel via the drain tap/Bazooka filter on the boiler front.
These steps will guide you through a successful brewing process, but feel free to adjust timings and temperatures
based on your specific recipe and preferences. Happy brewing!
