7. Manual Mode Setting
1. Initiate the System:
Turn on the switch to activate the display. The current temperature and Wi-Fi indicator will be visible on
the screen.
2. Operational Steps: Follow the steps outlined below:
Press the on/off button; the default mode is Manual mode.
Press the Setting button to configure the delay start timer.
Press the Setting button again to exit the delay start setting.
Press the Setting button for the third time to enter the manual mode data setting.
Within the manual mode data setting page:
o The first setting is the target temperature.
o The second setting is the timer.
o The third setting is the power.
After configuring all three data settings, press the on/off button to initiate the machine.
3. Completion of Timer:
Upon the completion of the timer countdown, the display will indicate "End."
4. Amendments During Operation:
If any adjustments are needed during operation:
o Press the setting button to revise the data.
o Press the on/off button to resume the machine's operation.
8. Auto Mode Setting
1. Initiate the System:
Turn on the switch to activate the display. The current temperature and Wi-Fi indicator will be visible on
the screen.
2. Operational Steps: Follow the steps outlined below:
Press the on/off button; the default mode is manual. Press the setting button to set the delay start timer.
Press the setting button again to exit the delay start setting.
At this time, you will see the manual mode sign, press the "+" or "-" button to choose auto mode. Confirm
your selection by pressing the setting button.
In the auto mode setting page:
o Set the target temperature by pressing the setting button.
o After setting the target temperature, press the setting button for timer and heating power settings.
o If the target temperature is set to boiling, you can also set the hop reminder, with up to 9 alarms.
Once all data is set, press the on/off button to confirm, and the machine will begin operation.
3. Auto Mode Tips:
When the temperature in step #1 is reached, the machine will beep to signal the next steps in the mash
brew. Press the setting button to activate the timer countdown. Note: Ensure that the malt pipe and
grains are loaded into the machine for this process.
When the timer for the step before boiling completes, the machine will beep again. Press the setting
button to initiate boiling. This signals the end of the brewing process, and it's a reminder to remove spent
grains and lift the malt pipe before starting the boiling/sterilizing step.
