Post-Use Cleaning Guidelines: After each use, thorough cleaning of the machine is crucial to prevent dry
ingredients from adhering to the metal and clogging the pump.
Rinsing Procedure: Rinse the machine with 5-10 L of 60°C water for at least 15 minutes to ensure a proper
cleanse. It's recommended to run the pump during the cleaning process.
Safe Residue Removal: Avoid using sharp metal tools to remove residue. Instead, opt for a soft cloth or gentle
scouring pad to clean the inside of the boiler. Vinegar can be particularly effective for this purpose.
Boiler Maintenance: Before each use, ensure any wort residue marks on the boiler base are thoroughly
cleaned.
Pump Reverse Flush: Perform a reverse flush of the pump by connecting a hose to the curved pipe. Do not
use full pressure of mains water tap
Cleaning Products: Use suitable cleaning products (please verify their compatibility with the machine).
Electronics Caution: Be cautious not to splash any electronic components of the machine during the cleaning
process.
Avoid Immersion: Do not immerse the entire machine in water; exercise caution around electronic
components.
Storage Tips: Store the machine in a dry place, and refrain from plugging it in when not in use.
Adhering to these cleaning instructions ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your brewing equipment.
Cheers to a sparkling clean machine and great brews!
