4. Brewing Preparation
Position the device on a sturdy, secure, and horizontal support structure at the appropriate height before use.
Note that a full vessel can contain boiling hot liquids and weigh up to 40kg. For transfer pumping during the
brewing process, maintain a horizontal positioning of up to 50L and 50kgs. Ensure a stable base to avoid
instability.
Do not move the device during the brewing process; the handles are designed only for transporting the
device when empty. DO NOT MOVE WHEN THE DEVICE CONTAINS LIQUID.
Keep children, frail persons, and animals away from the device during operation, as boiling water poses a
significant danger.
Maintain hygiene by cleaning all parts of your brewing equipment for optimal brewing results.
Prior to the initial use, it is recommended to sterilize brewing equipment and accessories by boiling water in
the MICROBREWERY.
5. Overflow Pipe Assembly
Prepare the Bottom Screen: Identify the mesh disc with a center hole as the bottom screen. Prior to
placing it into the grain basket, unscrew the bottom nut from the telescopic pipe. Insert the telescopic pipe
into the bottom screen and securely tighten the nut, following the visual guide provided.
Install False Bottom: Following the above steps, position the false bottom with the telescopic pipe into the
grain basket.
Attach Stainless Handles: Affix two small stainless handles to the upper disc as illustrated in the
accompanying picture.
Use White Cap During Ingredient Addition: Place the white cap onto the telescopic pipe when adding
brewing ingredients to the basket.
Final Assembly: After adding your ingredients, remove the white cap. Slide the upper mesh disc onto the
central pipe, ensuring the handles are facing upwards. Lower it onto the grain.
Ready for Mashing & Brewing: Congratulations! Your setup is now complete, and you are ready to
commence the MASHING and brewing process. Enjoy your brewing experience!
6. Pump Setting
Activate/Deactivate Pump: Control the pump's operation by pressing the pumping button to turn it on or off.
Manual/Auto Mode Flexibility: The pump control operates independently of the manual/auto mode and can
be turned on or off at any time.
Safety Precaution: Before removing any accessories, ensure that the pump is turned off first for safety and
proper maintenance. Before switching pump on make sure the recirculation arm is fitted
Do Not Run Pump Dry: Running pump without liquid will damage the pump.
