3. Login and registration of the station
1) In the folder specified at installation, double-click "SupportTool.exe."
(With the default setting, IX Support Tool will be installed in "My Computer" > "Local disc (C)"
> "Program Files" > "SupportTool.")
2) Enter "ID" and "Password" and click .
• The setting data configured during the previous login session will be shown.
• When first logging into IX Support Tool, go to Step 3).
* The default ID and Password are "admin."
