Making
the
right
connections

Before
connecting
Turn
off
all
the
components
before
connecting.
Connect
the
power
cord
last.
Make
sure
that
you
connect
the
white
PIN-plug
to
the
left
(white)
jack
and
the
red
PIN-plug
to
the
right
(red)
jack.
The
orange
jacks
are
for
digital
input
or
output
connec-
tions.
Connect
everything
securely.
Loose
connections
can
lead
to
distortion.
To
prevent
damage
to
the
cords,
connect
and
discon-
nect
by
holding
the
plug
and
not
the
cord.
Make
sure
that
the
power
cords
and
connection
cords
do
not
get
tangled
with
each
other.
This
can
lead
to
dis-
tortion.
