• Fit the cover in the frame (1). Remove the top, insert the fixing paddles in the holes in the
bottom of the cover and secure them by inserting the paddles in the holes in the base board.
• Place the heating element(s) (2). Feed out the tube through the cover bottom and the base
plate. See the instructions for Akva Vital Electronic heating elements before assembling
them.
• Fit the safety liner and ensure that it does not fold at the point where it covers the heating
element (3).
• Place the water mattress in the safety liner (4). See instructions for water mattresses in the
section spare parts.
• If it is a bed with two water mattresses, place the foam or water divider supplied in the
centre of the bed after the safety liner is fitted.
• After filling with water, remove the air and add Long Life (water disinfectant.) Zip the top of
the cover to the bottom of the cover (5). See also instructions for cover.
