TAP-OFFS AND SPLITTERS
Tap-offs with 4 tapped outputs without loss, for
connection to monitors and 1 through output for
connection to the following tap-off (connection of
tap-offs in series). Of use with star-shaped distribu-
tion of the video signal, placing a tap-off on every
floor or ramification in the building. Connection by
means of screw terminals and clamps 75Ω coaxial
cable (1). It incorporates a 75Ω resistance to close
the video line (2) which should only be removed if
the through output of the tap-off is used. The tap-off
only consumes energy when one of the monitors
connected to its tap outputs is activated.
