3.8.1  To recover the parked call:  
To automatically take the parked call, pick up the handset of the parking destination set. 
  Reach the 'Menu' page  
  Settings   Services   Consultation   Call pick up services   Park/retrieve  
If the parked call is not recovered within a preset time (default value 1 min 30), it is transferred to the 
operator. 
3.9  Intrusion into an internal conversation  
Your caller's line is busy. If the number is not 'protected' and if authorised, you can intrude into the call:  
   Intrusion  
  Same key to exit (Intrusion). 
3.9.1  Protection against intrusion:  
 
  Press programmed key (The programmed key has to be configured by the system). 
  Enter caller's number. 
Protection is cancelled when you hang up.           
3.10 Adjust audio volume  
During a call, to adjust the volume level of the loudspeaker or receiver:  
  During a conversation. 
   Adjust audio volume. 
3.11 Signal malicious calls  
This key lets you signal a malicious call. If this call has an internal source, it is signalled to the system by 
a special message.
