1 About This Document
This document describes the features available through the Service Menu and the Test Menu in the 8242
Dect Handset. We describe how to operate the handset without going into details of its operations
features. Complete description of operations features is addressed in a separate document.
1.1 Audience
This maintenance manual is dedicated for people who are in charge of the installation and the support
of the 8242 Dect handset, (Technicians, system administrators, field experts…)
This document is not destined to End User.
1.2 Important note:
This document is available only in English version.
In the menus and screenshots, there is a mix between English and the local language.
