1.4 Configure emergency call
Emergency calls are initiated by the user by pressing and holding the “Emergency call“ key or the
OK key. An emergency call is used to signal an emergency situation to the server, such as body or
material injury.
 Access MENU.
 Access to Alarm settings menu (password).
 Alarm trigger
 Emergency call
 Mode: select the activation option.
o Call to number: an audio call is started with the predefined
emergency number. If no number is defined, there is no event.
o Alarm to server: the event is send to the server.
 Sett: set feature parameters.
o Hans-free mode: automatic activate handsfree on Alarm.
o Location signal: send audio signal to locate the handset.
o Em. Call on OK Key: long press on OK key to trigger panic call.
o Lock Alarm key: keep the emergency key unlock while the keypad
is locked.
o Number: define emergency number.
If necessary, and in order to complete this configuration, make sure that the following parameters
are also configured:
o Alarm mode (mandatory)
o Notification server (mandatory)
o User delay
o Alarm ack
1.5 Configure the “mandown“ alarm (Mandown)
This feature allows triggering an alarm when the set detects a loss of verticality during a
configurable time delay.
 Access MENU.
 Access to Alarm settings menu (password).
 Alarm trigger
 Mandown
 Mode: select the activation option.
o Call to number: an audio call is started with the predefined
emergency number. If no number is defined, there is no event.
o Alarm to server: the event is send to the server.
 Sett: set feature parameters.
o Angle: define the maximum angle before the set detects an
abnormal position (30, 40 or 60 degrees).
o Location signal: send audio signal to locate the handset.
o Number: define emergency number.
If necessary, and in order to complete this configuration, make sure that the following parameters
are also configured:
o Alarm mode (mandatory)
o Notification server (mandatory)
o Delay time
o Prealarm time
o User delay
o Location Signal
o Smart beacon
