The Function Keys
Release key: Push this to hang up a call and place
set in idle mode
Hands-free key: Push this & you talk on loudspeaker
Intercom/Mute key: Push this to stop other people hearing you but you can listen
& make comments during conference calls
If left on, calls will be automatically answered while you work
Volume Control keys: volume of handpiece, speaker and ringer
Message key: voice and text mails (flashes to indicate new message
s)
Redial key: Short press: reveals last number dialled
Long press: reveals last 10 dialled numbers
Information key: Reveals extension number for other phones
Backspace key:
Takes you back one
