The thermostat setting might be too low, so try setting it higher. A heavily frosted condenser can also cause this, so check that the refrigerator door closes properly. Avoid storing too much warm food at once, and allow food to cool before refrigerating. If the appliance has only been running for a short time, wait approximately 4-5 hours to see if the cooling improves. High ambient temperatures can also affect cooling, so remove ventilation grilles regularly.

  If the automatic switching from external to internal power supply isn't working, and the refrigerator doesn't function with gas operation even with batteries inserted, switch off the refrigerator and start it again. The onboard power supply was interrupted during the start of gas operation. Note that no automatic switching occurs during ignition.
