9. FAULTS
9.1. With error code
If an error code appears on the screen, please contact your installer or maintenance company.
When an error occurs, it is possible to change mode or adjust the temperature setpoint. However, displaying the error takes
priority over the other displays.
If the fault relates to the heat pump, “SAFE” mode (back-up) is triggered automatically: the water is heated with the electrical
boost only. Some faults require the water heater to be shut down completely.
