Training zone
You can set your individual training zone. The Ski watch
automatically calculates your maximum heart rate, using your
age. According to which target you are following with your
training, set the appropriate training zone at the beginning.
By default the heart rate zone is set to 50 – 65 % maximum
heart rate based on the following equation:
Maximum Heart Rate (Max. HR) = 220 – age.
Select training zone
Select the menu point "Setup" "H.R.Zone"
"Limits".
Now select your training zone.
Select training zone alert
Select the menu point "Setup" "H.R.Zone" "High
Alert" and/or “Low Alert”.
Now activate(ON) / deactivate(OFF) the training zone
alert.
