The data for precision relates to the 50% CEP (Circular Error
Probability). This means, that with very good satellite
reception 50% of all measurements are located in a circle with
the stated radius of 3m. However, this also means that half of
the measurement points are outside of this radius.
Furthermore it is also the case that 95% of all measurement
points are located within a circle with double the stated radius.
