7.2.2 Training modes and training data
The Ski watch has 4 different training modes:
Skiing, Running, Cycling, Interval
7.2.2.a Setting training data in training mode
Skiing, Running or Cycling
Select with the “MODE” button the menu point "Setup"
“Skiing”, "Running” or “Cycling” "Data Fields".
Now select/change the workout data for each line by
pressing the “VIEW” button. Select with the “ST./STP.”
or the “LAP/RE.” button one desired menu point, then
confirm with the “VIEW” button.
There are 2 displays for each workout profile. Each display
consists of 3 lines for the workout data.
This workout data can be freely selected from a list. Therefore,
each user can select the workout data that particularly interests
them. Workout data can be selected via the “Setup” mode of
the Ski watch, but also via GPS master. The selection is
quicker and easier via GPS master.
Possible training data lines:
Altitude, Calories, Clock, Distance, Heart Rate, Lap Distance,
Lap number, Lap time, Pace, Average Pace, Speed, Average
Speed, Workout Time.
