7.2.2.b Setting Interval Mode
The Interval Training Mode has up to 6 independent settable
segments, which can be set to either a specific length of TIME
or a specified DISTANCE.
Select with the “MODE” button the menu point "Setup"
"Interval".
Now select the interval data for each step.
“Preview”: Press the “ST./STP.” or the “LAP/
RE.” button to view Steps 1-3 and
Steps 4-6.
“Repeat”: Press the “ST./STP.” or the “LAP/
RESET” button to select the number of
times you want the Interval Timers to
repeat (1-99) or select “Forever” repeat.
“Steps”: Press the “ST./STP.” or the “LAP/
RE.” button to select steps.
Press the “VIEW” button to select
the steps that you wish to adjust, then press
“VIEW”.
Select ON/OFF to activate or deactivate
this step.
