How to Change the Temperature Scale
Before you begin Make sure the oven is turned on, but is not in cooking or holding mode.
Procedure
To change the temperature scale, do the following.
Step Action
1. Press and hold the knob to access the settings menu.
2. Turn the knob until the control displays “F or C”.
3. Turn the knob until the “F” for Fahrenheit, or “C” for Celsius displays.
Press and hold the knob to select “F” or “C”.
Result The temperature scale is now changed.
