2.1 Overview of the Transaction Process
The OPUS-7000 Series Paystation automatically calculates parking fees by
processing parking ticket information. The OPUS-7000 Series accepts data
matrix ticket technology only.
The Paystation will automatically read the entry information encoded on the
barcode of a parking ticket and calculate the fee. Payments are accepted in the
form of notes, coins, validations, access cards, passes (via FlexScan option)
and service cards for discounts.
After a transaction has been completed, the Paystation will vault the ticket in a
box while vending the gate for the customer to exit.
