The dial mode is based on the country version; for some countries it will not
show in the menu and is preset to tone dialling.
*Only available if a phone book entry is stored.
Installing Your Phone
Connecting the Base Station
1. Plug the mains cable and telephone line cord into their
corresponding sockets in the back of the base station.
2.
Plug the mains adaptor into a 100 - 240VAC, 50-60Hz mains
outlet, and the telephone line cord into a telephone line socket.
Always use the cables provided in the
box. Use only the supplied adaptor, as others may damage
the unit.
Place the base unit within easy reach of
the mains outlet. Never try to lengthen the mains cable.
The base station needs mains supply for normal operation,
and the cordless handsets will not work without it.
