Why don't the indoor and floating pool temperatures match on my Ambient Weather Thermometer?

  The indoor and floating pool temperature sensors should agree within 2 °F. Allow up to one hour for the sensors to stabilize due to signal filtering. If discrepancies persist, use the calibration feature to match the indoor and floating pool temperature to a known source.

  If the display console contrast is weak on your Ambient Weather Thermometer, replace the console batteries with a fresh set.
