WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, ANADEX, INC., warrants' the Model.s .
DP 9000, DP 9001, DP 9500, and DP 9501 Print~rs to be fre~.f~om
defects in material and workmanship and to perform, in· ac.co.r.d.ance
with applicable specifications for 90 days fro~ d~teo.~:.· shipment
ANADEX will provide free service at t,he factory ,o'r.' at B.nyof
our Authorized Service Centers, including parts ',. ,lap:or 'and
transportation back to the customer, for any malfu·n.ction'of
its products" wpich are returned tranrsportation charges prepaid.
Customers desiring to return a product to ANADEX for repair
should contact the Customer Service Department by telephone at
(213) 998-8010 to obtain return authorization. The information
req~ired at this time will be the complete model number and
serial number of the product, the mode of shipment, and an
estimated arrival date at ANADEX.
All shipments to ANADEX must be sent freight pre~aid and
addressed as follows: (Please note that this ad ress differs
from our mailing address.)

A complete and detailed statement of the reason for return
must accompany the unit. If possible, include a copy of
sample printout. A nominal handling charge will be made on
units for which a malfunction cannot be verified.
Returned units must be packed as well as they were when first
shipped. If possible, use the original packing. Remove and
retain the ribbon before shipping. Do not return detachable
power cord or manuals with unit.
This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to mis-
use, neglect, accident, or improper installation of application
