SURGICAL SINGLE CART
• The instrument is supplied non-sterile.
• Before use, sterilise the fibre optics, the anti-reflective
cone and disinfect the light handpiece.
• Put the fiber optic (c) in its housing until it clicks.
• Take the lamp out of its housing on the assistant’s board or dentist's
board.
Instrument activation is highlighted by the relevant managing
screen appearing on the DISPLAY.
• Turn the front of the light and/or optical conductor to the position most
suitable for curing (wand, gun or intermediate positions).
A click is heard when these two extreme positions are reached.
Do not turn any more once the click is heard.
• Put the optical conductor back into the correct position after turning the
end section.
• Select the cycle you wish to use with the “MODE” button (C).
The curing light has a permanent memory therefore the last
cycle used will always be present the next time it is used.
• Place the optical conductor in the position required for curing.
The optical conductor should be positioned as close as
possible
to the material to be cured, without touching it.
• Press “START” (B) to start the cycle.
Operating mode: work 2 consecutive cycles, rest 60
seconds.
The curing light comes with a beep that BEEPS when the
cycle starts, BEEPS every 5 seconds of operation and lastly
BEEPS twice at the end of the work
cycle.
• Allow light emission to stop by itself. However, it can be stopped at any
time by simply pressing the "START" button again.
• The light is equipped with a safety system that
indicates on the LCD screen when it is not functioning
properly.
• The curing light is equipped with a thermal cut-out.
Indicators.
The following indicators are provided on the LCD screen to signal curing
light faults:
ERR1 No light emission from the curing light.
Contact technical service department.
ERR2 Malfunction of the curing light microcontroller. Contact
technical service department.
ERR3 Insufficient power supply to the curing light. Contact technical
service department.
W1 Handpiece cut-out tripped. Wait for the screen to disappear
(approximately 2 minutes) to allow for sufficient cooling.
