Unpacking

This steamer must be installed
bypersonnelwhoarequalied
to work with electricity and
plumbing. Improper installation
can cause injury to personnel
and/or to the equipment. The
steamer must be installed in
accordance with all applicable
codes.

The Steamer has an
approximate shipping weight of
260 pounds. For safe handling
OBTAIN EXTRA PERSONNEL to
properly and safely install the
steamer.

The installation surface MUST
beat,andthecart,table,or
service rack MUST have a rated
service weight capacity of 360
pounds per steamer.
1. Remove steamer and all accessories
from the packaging.
2. Remove all packing materials and
protective coverings from the steamer.
3. Record the model number, serial
number, and installation date of your
steamer and keep this information
for future reference. Space for this is
provided at on page 2.

4. Wash all removable components
in soap and water. Wipe down all
exterior surfaces of the steamer with a
hot damp cloth.
NOTE: Do NOT use a dripping wet
cloth. Wring out before use.
