Trouble means battery too warm, battery short-circuited or
charger short-circuited.
1.8 Normal Charging Tips
1. Self-Test: When powering on the charger, the orange light blinks
and stays off, which means the charger has passed it self-test and it
is ready to charge the battery. If the light remains orange or the red
light blinks, it means the charger cannot pass it self-test and cannot
charge the battery.
2. Trickle Pre-Charging: If red light blinks when the battery is inserted
into the charger, it means that the battery voltage is low and the
charger is trickle-charging the battery (Pre-Charging Mode). The
charger will automatically turn into normal charging when the battery
reaches a certain electric charge, and if the red light stops blinking,
it means the battery voltage has reached a certain level, and the
charger will charge the battery in normal mode.
