Problem Possible Cause Solution
A portion of the
paper is not printed.
 There might be a
problem with the
printer mechanism.
 Contact authorized service
personnel for service.
Compartment cover
does not open after
the Open button is
pressed.
 The cutter blade is
not positioned
correctly.
 Move the cutter blade back to its
normal position.
