IMPORTANT
WHEN REPLACING, CONNECT THE
CABLE WITH THE POSITIVE LEAD (+)
FIRST, AND THEN THE NEGATIVE (-).

If the saddle was repositioned,
remove it.
•
Position the battery (8) in its
housing.
•
Position the positive cable (7)
and fasten it to the positive lead
(+) tightening the screw (6).
The positive cable (7) must be positioned
to the side of the battery (8).
•
Place the protective rubber cap
on the positive clamp (+).
•
Position the negative cable (5)
and fasten it to the negative lead
(-) tightening the screw (4).
The negative cable (5) must be posi-
tioned to the side of the battery (8).
•
Position the battery lock (3).
•
Position the secondary fuse box
(2).
•
Tighten the two screws (1) using
the wrench supplied in the tool
kit.
•
Position and secure the rider's
saddle as described in the "sad-
dle opening" paragraph.
•
Si on a replacé la selle, la retirer.
•
Disposer la batterie (8) dans son
logement.
•
Positionner le câble positif (7) et
le fixer à la borne positive (+) en
serrant la vis (6).
Le câble positif (7) doit être placé sur le
côté de la batterie (8).
•
Replacer le bouchon de protec-
tion en caoutchouc sur la borne
positive (+).
•
Positionner le câble négatif (5)
et le fixer à la borne négative (-)
en serrant la vis (4).
Le câble négatif (5) doit être placé sur le
côté de la batterie (8).
•
Disposer le blocage de la batte-
rie (3).
•
Placer la boîte à fusibles secon-
daires (2).
•
Serrer les deux vis (1) à l'aide de
la clé fournie dans le kit d'outils.
•
Poser et fixer la selle du pilote,
comme décrit au paragraphe
"Ouverture de la selle".
