Carefully cut down the
length of the waste pipe,
and disconnect from the
outlet assembly, ensuring
not to damage the outlet.

Remove the clamping nut and sealing washer from the waste pipe and set aside.

To reassemble, push the longer waste pipe into position over the outlet, and secure
it in place using a jubilee clip (not supplied).
NOTE: The waste pipe may need to be softened by running it under hot water, to
ensure it slides over the outlet.
