SECTION 6: BED LINER FITTING WITH CANOPY TUB MOUNTING BRACKET SYSTEM
6.0) If no bed liner is to be fitted, proceed to fit the canopy as per Section 2.
6.1) If a OEM bed liner is already fitted to the vehicle, remove the bed liner and retain hardware and fit as
instructed in Step 2.22.
6.2) The canopy will suit fitment to ARB bed liner P/N: KUL2664. Complete all steps to up to and including
Section 2, step 2.7 for canopy fitting first.
6.3) You will need to trim the bed liner to provide
clearance to canopy mounting brackets in the
vehicle tub. The following steps are based on
fitment to the ARB under rail bed liner. This is
based on fitting a new bed liner. (ARB bed
liner P/N: KUL2664)
6.4) Shown opposite is the RH front corner of the bed
liner. Mark this as shown and the opposite front
corner in mirror image. Then all the way across
the front of the bed liner. Cut the bed liner using a
jig saw and sand the cut edge.
6.5) The completed trim in the front corner should look
like that in the picture opposite.
6.6) Shown opposite is the RH rear corner of the bed
liner. Mark this 35mm down and from the rear
most vertical scribe mark moulded in the back of
the bed liner, measure 100mm forwards. Cut the
bed liner using a jig saw and sand the cut edge.
