6.10) Fit the bed liner by lifting it up at the rear to snap
the side walls of the bed liner in under the side
tub rails and hook it under the lower return lip of
the front header rail (668PD067). Fit the tie
down mounting hooks using the original OEM
bolts from the tub and do these up to 22Nm.
The completed fit should look like the picture
opposite.
6.11) At the rear, fit the bed liner by lifting it up at the
rear centre to locate the side walls of the bed
liner to snap in under the side tub rails. Push the
side walls of the bed liner in around the rear
canopy mounting brackets. Fit the tie down
mounting hooks using the original OEM bolts
from the tub and do these up to 22Nm.
6.12) Complete the rest of the bed liner fitting as per
the bed liner fitting instructions to include fitting
the tailgate liner prior to fitting the canopy.
6.13) Then complete the fitting of the canopy from
Section 3 onwards.
6.14) Apply masking tape to the inside top edge of the
tailgate liner.
6.15) Mark a line across the width of the tailgate liner
12mm down.
6.16) Cut the top lip off the tailgate liner using a jig
saw and sand the edge.
6.17) Then fit the tailgate liner as per the bed liner
fitting instructions.
6.18) Complete the rest of the bed liner fitting as per
the bed liner fitting instructions.
6.19) Then complete the fitting of the canopy from
Section 3 onwards.
