2.13) Drill the other 4 remaining holes in the front end
of the front corner bracket to 5.2mm holes
through the exiting holes in the bracket, with a
12mm deep drill stop fitted. Remove any swarf.
Apply rust inhibitor (665505) to the drilled holes
and assemble 4 rivets (6609087).
Repeat on other side of tub for the opposite
bracket
2.14) In total there should be now 6 assembled rivets in
each front corner bracket.
2.15) Clamp the bracket to the side of the vehicle’s tub
lip. Drill a 6.5mm through the exiting hole in the
rear of the front tub corner brackets with a 12mm
deep drill stop fitted. Remove any swarf.
