2.16) Apply rust inhibitor to the hole. Fit M6 x 20 mm
hex bolt with M6 x 25mm flat washer under its
head through the bracket holes and on the
inside secure these in place with M6 wizzlock
flange nuts (6151173). Do these up to 9Nm on
both sides of the tub.
2.17) If a sports bar was fitted, using the retained
sports bar bolts and washers install two of them
through the bracket and do up 22NM.
2.18) Apply neutral cure silicon to the ends of the front
head board rail to the side edges of the tub and
smooth down. ! Important ! Wipe off any
excess outside the joint area with an
Isopropyl Alcohol wipe.
2.19) Cut a pair of rubber tub bridges (668PM005)
down to 35mm width as shown.
2.20) Place on the cut down tub bridge rubber self-
adhesive ramps (668PM005) at either end of the
front tub rail, aligning the back edge of them to
the inside edge of the front head board bracket.
The bridge should lip over onto the side tub
rails by 10mm only.
