6.12) When the canopy is fitted, the corners of the
tailgate liner will interfere with the rear corner
canopy rear support brackets and foam sealing
pad if not trimmed. The tailgate liner needs to
be cut back on both corners by 75mm
6.13) Apply masking tape to the inside top edge of the
tailgate liner.
6.14) Mark a line across the width of the tailgate
liner 12mm down.
6.15) Cut the top lip off the tailgate liner using a
jig saw and sand the edge.
6.16) Then fit the tailgate liner as per the bed liner
fitting instructions.
6.17) Complete the rest of the bed liner fitting as per
the bed liner fitting instructions.
6.18) Then complete the fitting of the canopy from
Section 3 onwards.

6.15) Fit the Sport Guard floor and front panel as per
the fitting instructions for the Sport Guard first.
For the front extrusion rail trim this down to fit
within the width of the front corner brackets and
clean the front head board brackets with
isopropyl alcohol before applying the extrusion
with firm pressure to wet out the double sided
tape.
