6.16) At the rear top edge of the side panels, (LH side
panel shown opposite). Mark the back of the
side panels and trim the 83mm x 27mm section
out of both the RH and LH side panels 100mm
from the detail at the top of the side panel. Cut
these areas out of the side panels on both sides
using a jig saw and sand the cut edge.
6.17) At the rear vertical edge of the side panels, (LH
side panel shown opposite)., mark the top edge
into the moulded corner and along the return
flange down the vertical edge 80mm down from
the moulded depression. Cut these areas out of
the side panels on both sides using a jig saw
and sand the cut edge.
6.18) Fit the Sport Guard side panels to the vehicle
following the Sport Guard fitting instructions.
The fitment of the bedliner in the front and rear
mounting bracket areas should look like that in
the pictures opposite along the LH side.
