Now that all of the difcult assembly is complete. The nal thing to do is to wire
everything up. The majority of the cabling is colour coded with arrows to help line
up the plugs.
PAS—Yellow
Handlebar throttle—Green
Motor—Black
Just make sure that you line up the arrows before plugging everything in. ensure
that there is enough slack for the cable around the handlebar so that when you
turn sharp the wires don’t stretch or are potentially damaged.
You can zip tie the cables to any suitable part of the frame so that the cables do
not dangle freely and get caught on any of the accessories on your bike. The nal
bike should look something similar to this. We used white zip ties so that you
could easily see and example of zip tie locations.
