頭部異音
Abnormal noise
on head
(1) 軸承損壞皮帶不良
Bearing or belt damage.
(2) 上下離合器密合度不良
The up and down clutch
do not fit well.
(3) A 部與 B 部配合不良
The up and down head
do not well cooperate.
(4) 馬達損壞或異物進入
Motor damage or
something goes into the
motor.
(1) 查內部軸承不良或皮帶彈性不夠
調整換新
Check the bearing and belt to see if
any damage or elasticity
insufficient. If any replace it.
(2) 拆下 6036 零件用挫刀將溝槽最低
部位修整至抜動時有 5-8mm 間隙
Dismantle parts no. 6036 and repair
the bottom of the groove by file
until it has 5-8mm space when
pulling.
(3) 放鬆馬達座與立銑頭固定螺帽後
調整即可
Release the fixed screw nuts that
fixed motor seat and the miling head
and adjust it.
(4) 換馬達或換散熱葉片
Replace motor or the impeller.
主軸剎車失效
Spindle can not
rotate
(1) 剎車片磨損
The brake worn out.
(2) 彈簧斷掉
Spring broken.
(1) 換剎車片
Replace the brake.
(2) 換固定剎車片彈簧
Replace the spring that fixed the
brake.
主軸不能轉動
Spindle feed
unsmooth
(1) 開關或電路不良
Bad switch or circuit.
(2) 剎車片或零件損壞卡住
The broken brake or parts
block it.
(3) 皮帶斷掉
The belt damage.
(4) 馬達損害，培林過熱
Motor damage or bearing
over heat.
(1) 檢查線路或開關是否有接觸不良
Check the wiring and switch to see
if there is any situation of bad
contact.
(2) 剎車部位有零件損壞掉落卡住
The brake’s parts broken and fall to
block it.
(3) 換皮帶
Replace the belt
(4) 換馬達或培林
Replace the motor or bearing.
