主軸自動進給不
順暢
Spindle feed
unsmooth
(1) 6134 齒輪斷裂
Parts no.6134 gear
broken.
(2) 6187 齒輪斷裂
Parts no.6187 gear
broken.
(3) 傳動系統齒輪不良
The gear on driven unit
not good.
(4) 盤型彈簧不良
Clock spring not good.
(1) 換 6134 銅齒輪
Replace parts no. 6134 gear.
(2) 換 6187 銅齒輪
Replace parts no. 6187 gear.
(3) 加黃油或潤滑油或其他齒有不良
須換新
Add grease or lubricant to lubricate
it. If the gear is broken, replace it.
(4) 換盤型彈簧或調整彈力
Replace the clock spring or adjust
the spring.
機械運轉時振動
Vibration when
machine is runing
(1) 機台安裝不良
Machine installed not in
the flat surface.
(2) 不良使用主軸偏擺損壞
Unsuitable working to let
spindle run out and
damage.
(3) 切削修件不良
Unsuitable cutting
condition.
(4) 可移動部位螺栓未鎖緊
The screw bolts for the
movable parts not be
locked tightly.
(1) 請客戶墊穩機台或用地腳螺栓固
定
Place the machine on the flat surface
or use the leveling bolt to fix it.
(2) 換主軸
Replace spindle.
(3) 主軸轉速與刀具對於切削材料須
配合
The spindle speed and tools must
can be compare with the workpiece
material.
(4) 檢查可移動部位螺栓是否鎖緊
Check the screw bolts for the
movable parts if be locked tightly or
not.
主軸套管滑動不
順暢
Quill moving
unsmooth
(1) 未按時保養潤滑不夠
Not according with our
instruction to lubricate
and cause the lubrication
unenough.
(2) 固定套管把手固定過
緊，管外凸出變形
Lock quill to tight by the
quill lock handle and
cause the quill transfigure.
(1) 請客戶按時作滑保養
Please lubricate the parts according
with our instruction.
(2) 磨平管外毛刺部份
Wear the rough parts on the quill.
(3) 校正 6015 此零件
Correct the parts 6015.
(4) 立銑頭固定螺帽放鬆後平均鎖緊
Release the screw bolts and then
lock them again averagely.
