were not tight averagely.
立銑頭前後左右
不能作角度移動
Milling head can
not turn left and
right
(1) 萬向頭齒條斷裂
The tooth of the ram
adaptor’s gear broken.
(2) 萬向頭 T 型槽裂開不平
The ram adaptor’s T slot
split and uneven.
(3) 萬向頭圓型 T 型不圓
The ram adaptor’s round
T slot not round enough.
(4) 蝸輪或軸損壞
Gear or axle damage.
(1) 換萬向頭
Replace ram adaptor.
(2) 換萬向頭
Replace ram adaptor.
(3) 換萬向頭
Replace ram adaptor.
(4) 零件換新品
Replace new parts.
三軸移動不順暢
Three axes
moving unsmooth
(1) 螺桿裝配不良或彎曲
The leadscrew not well
quip or bend.
(2) 鑲條鬆緊密合度不良
The gib can not well
cooperate with the slide
way.
(3) 滑道潤滑不夠
Lubricant shortage on
slide way.
(4) 固定鑲條螺栓鬆脫
The screw bolt that fixed
gib loosed.
(5) 軸承或齒輪損壞
Bearing or gear broken.
(1) 鬆脫軸承座螺栓調整式或換螺桿
Release bearing seat’s screw bolt to
adjust it or replace the leadscrew.
(2) 調整鑲條與滑道密合度
Adjust the gib to fit with the slide
way.
(3) 請客戶換時作潤滑
Lubricate the parts according with
the instruction.
(4) 檢查固定螺栓如有鬆動須調整鎖
緊
Check the fixed screw bolts to see if
lossed or not. If yes, tight it.
(5) 換零件
Replace the parts.
