Step 5
Insert an 8mm hex bolt with a flat washer
onto the bottom of the pinch weld and
attach with another flat washer, locking
washer and nut.
Snug the hardware,
but do not fully tighten.
Step 6
Repeat steps 2 through 5 to secure the
second driver side bracket on the rear
mounting location.
Step 7
Carefully place the side bar onto the
brackets with the larger step pad toward
the front of the vehicle.
Step 8 - Option 1 (for stainless steel side bars)
Insert the bolt plate into the bottom
channel of the side bar, and attach to
each bracket with a 6mm flat washer
and nylock nut.
Snug the hardware with a 10mm socket.
To allow for adjustments, do not over
tighten.
