Warm water 320 ml.
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Dried brewer’s yeast 1 sachet
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Flour type "0" 580 g
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons
After placing the ingredients in the bread machine, wait for 10 minutes before
turning on the machine to allow the yeast to activate.

CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE CAKE
Milk 200 ml.

Butter 150 g
Brown sugar 200 g
Flour type "0" 200 g
Yeast 1 sachet

At signal stage add:

chopped almonds 100 g
candied orange 75 g
