Resetting cut-out thermostat
1. Disconnect the three cords from the burner.
2. Unscrew the two screws from the cut-out thermostat protective cover,
remove cover .
3. Push botton on cut-out thermostat until it clicks.
4. Reassemble the protective cover.
NOTE! Maintenance work as described below shall be carried out by
experienced personnel.
Replacement of ignition element
1. Dismount the burner housing by loosening the three brass nuts and pull the
housing backwards.
2. Loosen the ignition element cables from their connections (2 pcs. grey).
3. Loosen the four screws holding the outer tube towards the rear housing.
Separate the burner carefully.
4. Loosen the screws (2 pcs.) on the bottom side of the burner, which hold the
ignition unit.
5. Loosen the screw that holds the element and pull it out its reducer.
6. Mount and secure the new element.
7. Remount in reverse order.
Replacement of flame guard
1. Loosen the three burner cables.
2. Dismount the burner housing by loosening the three brass nuts och pull the
housing backwards.
3. Loosen the white cables on the terminal no. 17 and no. 18 and pull the sensor
out of the hole on the right-hand side of the fan.
4. Mount the new sensor; push until the spring fastens into the hole. Make sure
the flame guard is perpendicular to the plate. Connect the cables to the termi-
nal and remount the burner housing.
Dismounting the screw conveyor
1. Loosen the cable to the screw motor.
2. Dismount the hose between the screw conveyor and the burner.
3. Loosen the hexagon screws between the motor and the upper end of the tube,
pull the motor straight out from the tube.
4. Loosen the two M8 screws to the feeder screw bearing. The feeder can now be
pulled straight out.
5. Remount in reverse order. Note that the hexagon screw must fit into the motor
shaft notch.
NOTE!
In case of iginition failure; do not open the fireplace door until the combus-
tion chamber is well ventilated!
